To mitigate load time and errors Bio and Email address data may be excluded from the search results. This data can still be viewed in Creator Audience Reports and will be returned to the results view once the performance issues are resolved.

Interruptions to Instagram Content Collection and Creator Connections

We are continuing to investigate interruptions to content collection and creator account connections for Instagram and Facebook, and are working toward a resolution. Live URL manual content delivery for creators, and Social Listening hashtags, are operational. We are also monitoring a tentative resolution to creator Live URL Instagram and Facebook profile connections; creators are able to add their network information without issue. Please note that functionality related to automatic content collection, content metrics, and profile metrics with Instagram and Facebook are still affected. We have identified a resolution to interruptions to content collection for Instagram, as well as creator account connections for Instagram and Facebook. Functionality related to automatic content collection, content metrics, and profile metrics with Instagram is restored. As a result, customers may notice a few changes in how these things look or feel on the platform. • Instagram Stories posted after 12:45 am PST 2/23 through 10 am PST 2/26 will not be automatically captured in the platform. Live URL manual content delivery, either via a file or image upload, is available for creators to provide Stories content and stats • Live URL manual content delivery via file or image upload for creators, and Social Listening hashtags, remain operational. We are working on improvements for manual content delivery via Live URL. This is currently pending further validation before it will be available. These fixes will help creators deliver content in a simplified manner • We are monitoring a resolution to creators' Live URL Instagram and Facebook profile connections; creators are able to add their network information without issue. We are also seeing a gradual update to creators' connection statuses for Instagram in the platform and will confirm here once this is fully resolved Facebook: • Please note that functionality related to automatic content collection, content metrics, and profile metrics for Facebook is still affected. We have identified a resolution and will provide updates here • We are monitoring pending Facebook connections for creators. During this time, Facebook connections will appear as failed in the platform. We are currently investigating All other social networks are not impacted. We are monitoring updates implemented this week to Instagram content collection and Instagram creator connections. These solutions will be continuously monitored for the next several hours for stability and once verified an additional update will be provided here. The resolutions implemented this week address the following: • Automatic content collection is fully operational for Instagram Stories, Posts, and Reels. All Instagram Posts and Reels posted since 12:35 am PST 2/23 will be visible in the platform. Instagram Stories posted between 12:45 am PST 2/23 and 10 am PST 2/26 can be uploaded by creators through their Live URL via a file or image upload. Creators may need to provide an image of their Instagram Story Insights to complete Instagram Story delivery. • Instagram content delivery can also be manually delivered through Programs: the Activation Workroom, Campaign Workroom, or a Partnership. An Instagram URL of the content will need to be provided. • Instagram profile connections are restored, and updates to creators' connection statuses for Instagram in the platform are complete. This incident for Instagram is now resolved, and the updates implemented this week have yielded positive and successful results regarding stability and functionality.
